• Provides prompt responses to customer service calls and issues; escalates to store leadership when needed.
• Represents and supports the Ross brand at all times.
• Performs cleaning tasks to maintain a clean store and well-merchandised areas.
• Maintains professional appearance and adheres to dress code.
• Performs daily sizing and recovery to ensure neat, organized presentation.
• Expedites newly received merchandise to the sales floor and maintains presentation guidelines.
