General Purpose

The Retail Associate ensures our Customers have a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining a clean work area, ensuring proper merchandise presentation, and performing various store functions as needed to meet customer service and operational goals.

Essential Functions

• Prioritize safety by practicing safe behaviors and maintaining a secure shopping environment.
• Assist customers courteously, answer questions, and support store operations.
• Perform cleaning tasks and maintain merchandise presentation standards.
• Handle merchandise receipts, loss prevention, and cash transactions accurately.
• Demonstrate integrity, safeguard confidential information, and follow company policies.

Qualifications And Skills
