General Purpose:

The Retail Associate ensures a positive shopping experience by greeting customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and supporting operational tasks as needed. They perform various functions across the store to meet business needs.

Essential Functions:

• Prioritize safety and maintain a secure shopping environment.
• Provide courteous customer service, assist with merchandise, and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Support loss prevention and follow all policies regarding merchandise and cash handling.
• Demonstrate integrity, safeguard confidential information, and work efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills:

Effective communication, basic math skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and using store equipment.

Physical Requirements/ADA:

• Ability to lift over 25 pounds regularly; stockroom associates may need to lift over 20 pounds.
