Westfield Egg Farm in New Holland, PA seeks a Production Supervisor to lead egg grading operations and develop the team while ensuring safe, efficient production aligned with our values.
This role manages daily plan execution, maintains SQF and SOP compliance, coordinates transitions, reduces downtime, and delivers accurate production reporting. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of related experience and strong communication skills in English and Spanish.

Supervises: Packing Associate, Loader Associate, and Trackman Associate
Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly
The Production Supervisor leads egg grading operations by leading, caring for, and developing their team while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production in alignment with Westfield Egg Farm’s purpose and core values. This role leads the production team, executes production plans, maintains compliance with SOPs and SQF standards, coordinates transitions, minimizes downtime, and ensures accurate production reporting.
At times the Production Supervisor will be privileged to information that should not be shared. The incumbent must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of the Production Supervisor. The incumbent must also demonstrate the following personal attributes:
This position requires frequent standing and movement throughout the facility, with occasional walking, climbing stairs or ladders, reaching, handling objects, and communicating. Sitting may be required at times. Employees must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly. Vision requirements include close, distance, and color vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus. The work environment may involve occasional exposure to airborne particles, chemicals, outdoor weather conditions, moving machinery, vibration, and temperature extremes. Noise levels typically range from moderate to loud.
