Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is recruiting for a Store Associate in Shakopee, MN. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers navigate the store, and ensure a fast checkout experience, including accurate cash handling.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and in-store recovery to maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock environment. The role supports omnichannel processes and customer engagement across rewards and private label programs.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS & SFS) and store recovery tasks.
