Responsibilities

• Prepare meals across breakfast, lunch, dinner and events following production sheets.
• Maintain kitchen organization, sanitation and safety per SOPs.
• Accurately clock in/out and uphold high-quality service standards.
• Assist with inventory, ingredient checks and reporting discrepancies.
• Follow federal, state and local guidelines for food handling and safety.
