Job summary

Triple B Hospitality Group in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Cook to prepare food according to recipes and health regulations. The position offers an hourly pay range of $18.00 to $22.00 and a 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM shift.

You will set up and breakdown stations, maintain a clean work area, cook per production guidelines, monitor temperatures, log daily temps, and follow safety procedures. Previous kitchen experience and Serve Safe training within 30 days are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5 years experience in the food service industry as a cook.
• Successful completion of Bridgeman Hospitality Hourly Serve Safe training within the first 30 days of employment.
• Able to communicate and understand directions; work well in a team.
• Must be well groomed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down work stations.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.
• Cook and prepare food according to recipes and production guidelines.
• Knowledge of food product identification and acceptable quality.
• Ensure proper food temperatures and safe storage; follow food safety standards.
• Complete daily temperature logs.
• Safely operate all kitchen equipment.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
