Job summary

Crystal Clean LLC seeks a Plant Operator for the early shift (4am–4pm). Training is provided; strong work ethic and safety focus are required. The role monitors process equipment, records readings, makes adjustments, and supports utility operations to keep plant systems running smoothly.

Anticipated hourly pay ranges from $22.00 to $26.00 with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement within a privately held environmental services leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience in processing environment.
• Experience in chemical processing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor process equipment.
• Record field readings and verify control room data.
• Adjust processes as directed by supervisor.
• Perform bulk tank transfers as needed.
• Complete shift handover and maintain logs.
