Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience.
• Certification from a national agency such as AMT, ASCP, or NCCT.
• Proof of vaccination for Covid-19 by 30 days of employment.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients at their home or office, travel to appointments, and drop samples at patient service centers or laboratories.
• Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures with high accuracy.
• Able to adapt in a fast-growing startup environment.
• Maintain close communication with operations and the patient experience team during business hours.
