Job summary

G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Inc. is hiring a Merchandiser in Ohio to stock, rotate, and display products at retailer locations in accordance with planograms and standards. You will support sales growth by maintaining attractive shelf displays and executing store programs.

The role requires 0–1 years in merchandising or related retail work, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to multiple store locations with weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 0–1 years merchandising and stocking experience.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Stocks, rotates, and displays products to established standards.
• Adheres to safety, OSHA, and company policies; wears PPE.
• Communicates with retailers and Pepsi management on issues.
• Assists consumers and maintains clean backrooms at stores.
• Handles, stocks, and organizes alcohol products.
• Completes logs, mileage, and other required paperwork daily.
