Job summary

Kolache Factory Inc is seeking dependable Bakers to prepare fresh kolaches and bakery items with friendly customer service. This role includes baking, cashier duties, and maintaining cleanliness across bakery, kitchen, and dining areas. Shifts start early, with potential for full- or part-time hours.

Training will be provided for recipes and procedures. Starting pay is $13.50/hour for shifts before 7:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate dependability and attendance.
• Willingness to learn recipes and procedures.
• Experience in fast-paced food service is a plus, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake fresh kolaches, pastries, and bakery items per recipes.
• Prepare fillings, glazes, coffee and related products for service.
• Greet guests and provide friendly service; operate the register and handle payments.
• Restock and maintain cleanliness of bakery, kitchen, dining area, and workstations.
