Job summary

Kolache Factory is hiring bakers for early-morning shifts to bake fresh kolaches and support daily bakery operations. You will prepare, glaze, and package items, while delivering friendly service to guests in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Starting pay is $13.50 per hour for shifts beginning before 7:00 AM. Prior baking or food-service experience is a plus, and on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake fresh kolaches, pastries, and other bakery items following company recipes and standards.
• Prepare fillings, glazes, coffee, and other products for daily service.
• Maintain product quality, freshness, and presentation throughout the day.
• Greet every guest with a friendly smile and provide excellent customer service.
• Accurately take customer orders, operate the register, and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Restock products and supplies as needed.
• Keep the bakery, kitchen, dining room, and workstations clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Work as part of a team to ensure every customer has a great experience.
