Our stores operate on a one-shift model, starting as early as 4am to bake and open the store, then ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth operations throughout the day. Successful GMs have 1-3 years of GM or AGM experience in a restaurant, with experience in P&L analysis, labor targets, and people development.

Qualifications

• Successful GMs have 1-3 years prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations with a 'treat it like you own it' mindset.
• Ensure audit readiness and execute catering/mobile/in-store orders while delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Lead and develop the team, schedule shifts, manage inventory and deposits, and drive store performance.
