Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• 1–3 years forklift experience preferred, not required.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, or construction preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Move sorted pallet stacks to staging areas using forklift equipment.
• Operate forklift with safety procedures at all times.
• Hand-sort pallets when required.
• Repair wooden pallets as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
