Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves food items as needed.
• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays to and from work stations with safe handling.
• Stores food per wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils to ensure sanitation.
• Distributes supplies and portable equipment to stations as needed.
• Adheres to production standards for quality and portion control.
• Follows steps of service to greet and assist customers.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays information to supervisor.
