Sizemore, Inc. is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role pays $15.00 per hour with weekly pay every Friday and approx. 35 hours per week. Expect early morning shifts (3:30 AM–9:20 AM), six days a week with weekend availability and Thursday off. This direct-hire position includes comprehensive benefits and career growth.

You’ll operate floor cleaning equipment, scrub, buff, and maintain floors and carpets, following safety standards. Training provided, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate cleaning equipment.
• Reliable transportation required or access to reliable commute.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Willingness to follow safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Operate floor care equipment such as scrubbers and buffers.
• Maintain and restore hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, stripping, and waxing.
• Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas as needed.
• Perform restroom and general cleaning duties as required.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards while on shift.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment.
• Complete assigned cleaning projects independently and efficiently.
