Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform hard floor care and carpet maintenance including mopping, scrubbing, buffing, shampooing, extraction and bonneting.
• Operate floor care machines safely and in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
• Follow safety requirements and report injuries or hazards promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and surrounding areas and assist with other cleaning tasks as needed.
• Ensure materials and equipment are stocked and report shortages to supervisor.
• Provide guidance to less-experienced technicians as needed.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement and reliability in service.
