Job summary

Carlson is seeking a Floor Care Technician in Fairview Park, OH to maintain clean, safe floors and facilities. You will operate floor care equipment on an early morning schedule and contribute to a welcoming environment for customers and employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull floor care equipment.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift.
• Previous floor care or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor care equipment including scrubbers, buffers, vacuums, and related tools.
• Clean and maintain hard surface floors.
• Perform scrubbing, buffing, and routine floor maintenance.
• Vacuum and maintain carpeted areas as assigned.
• Complete general cleaning duties as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and proper equipment operation guidelines.
• Report equipment issues or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and independently.
