Job summary

Anna’s House in Michigan is seeking a friendly Dishwasher to join our breakfast and brunch team. You’ll help keep the kitchen running smoothly and hygienically, washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to support the cooks and front-of-house staff.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, follow safety guidelines, and be ready to start early for the breakfast rush. Prior kitchen experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person with a great attitude.

Qualifications

• Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
• Hard working with pride in a job well done.
• Attention to cleanliness and details in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Team oriented and willing to learn; prior kitchen experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to keep dishes, glassware, and silverware clean and sanitized.
• Wash pots, pans, and kitchen tools to support cooks’ needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized dish station and kitchen floor hygiene.
• Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed and stock ingredients.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Ensure front-of-house has a steady supply of clean dishes for service.
• Be prepared to start early for breakfast preparation.
