Waterside Social in Lake Orion, Michigan, is seeking a friendly and dedicated Dish Washer to join our kitchen crew. You’ll help keep the dishes, pots, and utensils clean so the culinary team can create magic for our guests.

No prior experience is required; we’re happy to train the right person. You should be able to stand for long periods, lift moderate loads, and follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe, efficient workspace.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus, but training provided.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain a clean workspace.
• Stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and follow food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashers and manual methods.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, ensuring all surfaces and equipment are spotless.
• Properly store clean dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Empty trash and recycling bins as needed.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks or other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
