Dunkin’ in Harriman, TN is hiring for an AM Crew Member. This part-time role starts early, with openings around 4:00 AM to prepare for a 5:00 AM store opening. You’ll join a fast-paced, friendly team focused on guest service and quality.

Responsibilities include opening duties, greeting guests, preparing food and drinks to Dunkin’ standards, keeping the store clean, and supporting closing tasks when needed. Weekend availability may be required.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be available to work as early as 4:00 AM for opening shifts.
• Evening availability until 11:00 PM is a plus.
• Weekends and holidays may be required.
• Paid training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Arrive by 4:00 AM to begin opening prep duties.
• Greet and serve guests with a positive attitude.
• Prepare and package food and beverages according to Dunkin’ standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Support closing duties as needed (up to 11:00 PM).
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders.
