Chick-fil-A is hiring a Prep Team Member to support cold prep, safety, and teamwork in the kitchen. You’ll handle fresh wraps, salads, fruit, lemonade, and catering trays while learning bulk prep and proper cleanliness standards.

No restaurant experience is required—we train you. You’ll work mornings with a fast-paced, team-driven environment that emphasizes safety, quality, and friendly service while you grow with us.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Be able to work between 5:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
• Be available to work on Saturdays and extended hours during holidays.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation and arrive on time.
• Be able to stand for the duration of a shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cold menu items safely and accurately.
• Follow safety guidelines to protect guests and team.
• Keep stations and equipment clean and organized.
• Work efficiently with teammates and communicate clearly.
• Hustle during busy periods and maintain quality service.
• Be open to learning from mistakes and improve daily.
