Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Customer service oriented with prompt, courteous service.
• Able to operate POS, cash handling, and store equipment.
• Able to interpret ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail and following instructions.

• Reliable attendance and availability.
• Minimum age 18; HS diploma preferred; retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient checkout service as a cashier.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandising standards as a stocker.
• Assist management in achieving operational efficiency goals.
• Assist management in achieving total loss goals.
• Follow policies and procedures; maintain a safe work environment.
• Support curbside pickup and item retrieval for customers.
• Ensure safety, ergonomic, and equipment maintenance standards.
