Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Bulk Delivery Driver to safely operate diesel tractor-trailers and deliver products to store customers on local and regional routes. You will load and unload pallets, interact with customers, and ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, ability to lift 50 lbs, and English communication. Two years of experience is preferred; weekend and early-morning shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to this position and the FMCSA regulations.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid FMCSA physical certification within 60 days of entry into the position.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Class A CDL for Interstate driving within 60 days of entry into the position (timeline varies by location).
• Two years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience preferred.
• Lifting requirement of 50 lbs.
• Ability to use a pallet jack.
• Must be able to load/unload and maneuver cargo safely at customer locations.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including over-night and early morning.

Responsabilités

• Perform pre-shift activities and review schedules and load accuracy.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections.
• Operate tractor-trailer in compliance with laws and company policy; complete paperwork.
• Plan trips using maps and GPS to meet door times and keep logs of hours of service.
• Load/unload freight at customer locations and maintain cargo security.
• Perform post-shift activities including refueling and securing equipment.
