The Coffee Class in Las Vegas is seeking a talented baker to join our vibrant neighborhood shop. You will bake a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts, follow recipes with precision, and help maintain a clean, safe kitchen during on-site shifts beginning as early as 4am.

Qualifications

• Experience in baking and food preparation with focus on quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts with care and precision.
• Follow recipes accurately and maintain strict food safety standards.
• Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing cabinets efficiently.
• Package and present baked goods attractively to delight customers.
• Assist with inventory management and supply ordering to keep the kitchen well-stocked.
