Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Orlando is seeking a Baker to help produce fresh bagels and support daily bakery operations. The role involves stocking displays, taking orders, making sandwiches as needed, and ensuring the store remains clean and safe for customers.

The Baker will start early (as early as 3AM) and work with a team to deliver consistent quality, while contributing to a positive guest experience and efficient service during peak morning hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of a current, valid driver's license preferred but only required at specific locations.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case.
• Assist with order taking and sandwich making; provide guest service.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
