Einstein Bros Bagels in Naples, FL is hiring a Baker to start as early as 3AM and help stock the bagel wall and pastry case. You’ll work on order taking, sandwich making, and ensuring guest service with a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires 18+ with ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, flexible hours including weekends, and compliance with background checks where required. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license when required by location.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality products each shift.
• Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide guest service.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment; work as part of a team.
