Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in Des Moines, IA is hiring a Baker who starts as early as 3AM to stock the bagel wall and pastry case, while assisting with orders and sandwich making. You will help maintain a clean, safe store and deliver top-notch guest service alongside a close-knit team.

Ideal candidates are 18+ and able to work varied shifts, including early mornings and weekends, and can pass a background check. A driver’s license is preferred for some locations.

Responsibilities

• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality and availability.
• Assist with order taking and sandwich preparation.
• Provide excellent guest service as part of a team and maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Support early start shifts (as early as 3am) and adapt to business needs.
