Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in St. Paul, MN is hiring a Baker to join our team. The role starts early, with shifts as early as 3AM, and focuses on preparing bagels, stocking the display, and delivering friendly guest service.

You will work as part of a team to ensure quality products and a clean, safe store environment. This position offers growth opportunities as you contribute to the brand’s New York-style tradition and community presence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product is available each shift.
• Provide guest service by assisting with order taking and sandwich making.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
