Job summary

Bruegger's Bagels in Minneapolis, MN is hiring a Baker to join our team. You will help bake fresh bagels, stock the bagel wall and pastry case, and assist with guest service at busy shifts.

Expect early starts (as early as 3AM), teamwork, and a focus on quality, safety, and a clean store. We offer a work-life balance with no evenings or nights in many locations, competitive pay with tips, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work varied hours, including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred at some locations

Responsibilities

• Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality products are available each shift.
• Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and follow company policies and procedures.
