HomeGoods at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate to deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will engage with customers, assist with purchases, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment across multiple departments as needed.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to learn merchandising standards. You will support loyalty and credit programs while upholding loss prevention and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and follows procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company standards.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness of the sales floor and store.
• Provides and accepts feedback and adheres to policies.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
