Job summary

Cedar Rapids Community School District is seeking an Early Learning Special Education assistant for Johnson Elementary in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The role involves supervising preschool students, assisting with learning activities, and supporting teachers in a collaborative setting.

The position is full-time, 7.5 hours per day, four days per week, with a wage of $17.26 per hour. Start date is to be determined and CPR/First Aid will be required.

The employee will sometimes push/pull items such as tables and carts. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus while supervising students and working with computers, written materials, reports, assessment data, etc.
