KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to oversee a team of teachers and ensure high-quality early education experiences. You will uphold licensing and safety standards, partner with families, and drive teacher development and community engagement.

As Site Director, you will recruit and enroll new families, build strong relationships with district leaders and licensing authorities, and lead a team committed to educational excellence and employee growth.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year of teaching experience and ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Love for children and strong desire to make a difference daily.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent customer service, strong organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Physical ability to use a computer, lift up to 40 pounds, and work indoors/outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

• Lead and supervise teachers to create engaging classroom experiences and develop best-in-class educators.
• Ensure site operates effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school/district leaders, licensing authorities, community, and corporate partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children at the sites.
