KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Site Director to lead and engage a team of teachers, delivering exceptional, curriculum-based early education experiences. You will ensure the site operates in alignment with licensing and safety standards while partnering with families to provide high-quality care.

Successful candidates will have teaching experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for supporting children, families, and educators.

Qualifications

• At least one year of teaching experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day.
• Ability to build relationships with families and staff and create a dynamic environment.
• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, multitask and manage multiple situations.
• Meet state guidelines for the role.
• Be able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors; attend to safety.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create engaging classroom experiences.
• Ensure site operations meet licensing, safety, and educational standards.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Cultivate relationships with families, school and district leaders, and community partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts for new families and children.
