Chroma Early Learning Academy in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Assistant Childcare Teacher to support Lead Teachers in creating a safe, nurturing classroom for young children. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Background check required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• Must meet Georgia Bright from the Start and Quality Rated guidelines.
• Passion for early childhood education and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Teacher with day-to-day care of children.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom aligned with DECAL/Quality Rated standards.
• Support implementation of age-appropriate curriculum promoting exploration and development.
• Observe and document developmental milestones; communicate with families.
• Follow licensing, health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Participate in staff meetings and training for Quality Rated compliance.
