Qualifications

• Possession of a current CDA Credential.
• Complete a CDA prep certificate including university coursework (e.g., Chaminade, UH System).
• 120 hours of formal training in early childhood education.
• Be enrolled in a program to obtain a CDA Credential; provide annual progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide learning experiences in all areas of development per teacher guidance.
• Set up indoor/outdoor activities; supervise and conduct group/individual learning.
• Observe and document children's development and learning progress.
• Ensure health and safety; assist with daily routines and transitions.
