Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent with acceptable credentials.
• 1) CDA Credential or related training; 2) college coursework; 3) 120 hours of early childhood training; 4) active pursuit toward CDA.

Responsibilities

• Create learning experiences aligned with teacher plans and guide children in activities.
• Observe and document child development and adjust activities as needed.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of children throughout supervision times.

Education
