Job summary

Kidango seeks an adaptable Early Learning Assistant to support daily activities, prepare learning environments, and help maintain a safe, nurturing classroom. You will work alongside lead teachers to engage children and communicate with families as needed.

The role requires reliable transportation, willingness to travel to different centers, and flexibility for on-call shifts. Prior experience with young children is preferred, along with a health screening and background checks.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with young children preferred.
• Immunization records compliant with Senate Bill 792.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation and be willing to travel to different cities/centers.
• Must be flexible with on-call assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assists in planning, preparing, and implementing the daily program.
• Assists in planning and preparing the learning environment and materials.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment.
• Maintains health, safety, and well-being of children; communicates with parents as directed.
