Job summary

You will work under the Director, Little School, adhering to college policies and FERPA rules, and you may participate in teacher training and research activities at the site.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently enrolled Santa Fe College student, in good academic and behavioral standing, taking six (6) or more credit hours.
• A criminal background check and FL Clearinghouse screening will be conducted.
• Educational Aides must maintain a 2.5 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Provides tender loving care and educational experiences for children aged 1-5 years.
• Complies with College Rules, procedures, and FERPA requirements.
• Provides service excellence through courteous, informed, and professional engagement.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
