Qualifications

• Must complete on-the-job training and become certified by the State of Montana within two years of hire.
• Valid Driver's License and auto insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with eligibility determination, including referrals and intake.
• Conduct family assessments and observe the child’s development.
• Coordinate evaluations and plan IFSP with families.
• Collect the family’s insurance/Medicaid information to coordinate benefits.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper records and monitor service delivery.
