Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking an Early Intervention Specialist to support children ages 2-6 with autism. You will apply behavioral and developmental strategies to foster growth, and you will teach skills that provide a foundation for learning.

You will join a multidisciplinary team, provide one-on-one care, implement care plans, build relationships with families, and contribute to a nurturing, purpose-driven workplace across Highlands Ranch, Thornton, and Parker locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent, is required (as verified by resume, application, or BACB attestation for RBT certification)
• Interest in and experience working with children
• Preference given to those currently in a degree program or holding a degree
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Must have reliable transportation to both training location and local center. Punctuality is essential
• Must be able to meet the following physical requirements: sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit and kneel on the floor for extended periods of time, sit in a chair, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances to catch up with a client

Soar Autism Center is hiring for an Early Intervention Specialist to be part of our transformative team dedicated to fostering the development of children with autism. As a care provider at our center, you will apply behavioral and developmental strategies to assist in our children’s development. In turn, you will teach skills that provide a critical foundation for a child's growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive one-on-one care and behavioral/developmental support to children aged 2-6, emphasizing a nurturing and encouraging environment
• Implement care plans under the guidance of our clinical team, ensuring they are suitable for the learning and growth of children
• Build relationships with children's families
