Criterion Child Enrichment is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support infants and toddlers in our early intervention program in Connecticut. The role involves home-based services, assessments, and family coaching within a collaborative, trans-disciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, MA licensure, and CCC-SLP eligibility. They will coordinate services and work with families, caregivers, and other professionals to promote

Formación

• Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current licensure in Speech Pathology by state board.
• CCC-SLP or CFY candidate as applicable.
• Two years pediatric experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate knowledge of infant-toddler development within early intervention.
• Provide home-based services across the catchment area.
• Utilize a parent coaching model with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, and center/home visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services.
• Coordinate IFSP development, monitoring, and review for caseload.
