Thrive By 5 in New York\'s Orange County is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist or CF eligible to provide early intervention and CPSE services. The role can be part-time or full-time and focuses on 1:1 coaching in natural environments with families, plus home- and community-based therapy and collaboration with multidisciplinary team.

Candidates must have a NYS license or CF eligibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a caseload alongside other service providers.

Competenze

• M.A. or M.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders / Speech-Language Pathology.
• New York State License in Speech Pathology or CF eligible.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with the clinical team and other service providers on caseload.

Mansioni

• Work 1:1 with developmentally delayed children and families using an embedded coaching model.
• Provide home and community based speech therapy reviewing IFSP/IEP goals.
• Collaborate with other service providers (OT/PT/ABA) to support goals.
• Complete session notes and progress reports as required by the program.
• Other duties as assigned.
