Job summary

Thrive By 5 seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist or CF to deliver early intervention and CPSE services in Dutchess County, NY. The role involves 1:1 therapy with young children in their homes or community settings, guided by embedded coaching with families.

Responsibilities include reviewing IFSP/IEP goals, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and documenting progress with notes and reports. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (M.S./M.A.).
• New York State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or CF).
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to collaborate with the clinical team and related service providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 speech therapy to developmentally delayed children and families using embedded coaching.
• Review IFSP/IEP goals and objectives during home and community visits.
• Collaborate with OT/PT and ABA providers to support goals.
• Complete session notes and progress reports for EI/CPSE programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
