Job summary

A pediatric therapy agency in Syracuse is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy services to children aged birth to 5 years in a supportive environment. This position offers full-time and part-time options, with collaboration expected among team members to meet developmental goals. Candidates must have relevant educational qualifications and a NYS license.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• NYS license in Speech Pathology or CF eligible.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be able to collaborate with the clinical team and all related service providers on a caseload.

Overview

Thrive By 5 is a pediatric therapy agency providing services to children birth-5 years old. We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide Center Based Early Intervention services in a Developmental Toddler Group located in Syracuse, NY. This is a full-time position, but part-time can be considered. Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Therapy services to children within a toddler group setting in individual sessions.
• Contribute to the development and follow through of the IFSP.
• Establish and maintain parent communication and education to support carryover across settings.
• Collaborate with other service providers to support IFSP goals and objectives.
• Complete session notes and progress reports as required.
• Collaborate with center-based team
• Maintain the highest clinical and ethical standards in service provision.

Qualifications

• M.A., or M.S. degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• NYS License in Speech Pathology (or CF eligible)
