Qualifications

• Master's degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Texas licensure for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (or eligibility).
• CCC-SLP or CFY candidacy.
• Willing to drive 75% of time within service area.

Responsibilities

• Assess developmental skills of birth to 36 months.
• Collect case history, parent reports, observations from other professionals.
• Interpret results, draft impressions, and make recommendations.
• Implement intervention plans in home, daycare, or natural environments.
• Meet timelines: IFSP within 45 days; services begin within 28 days of IFSP.
• Document services, timesheets, RMTS, and paperwork; use Providersoft.
• Manage caseload to ensure minimum monthly service hours.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and team members.
• Coordinate services and participate in staff education and training.
• Refer children/families to related services as needed.
