EI Service Coordinators (EISCs) are the heart of Early Intervention! They provide service coordination for children in the NC Infant‑Toddler Program and support to their families and caregivers. Research shows that birth to three is a critical period for working with families to support their competence and confidence as their child’s first and most important teacher. The birth‑to‑three period offers a window of opportunity to make a positive difference in how a child develops and learns. EISCs typically have the flexibility of telework and a hybrid workplace.
Salary Range: $37,377 - $65,408
