Job summary

Center for Community Resources is seeking an Early Intervention Service Coordinator (Casual) in Butler, PA. The role supports infants, toddlers and families, with schedule flexibility and local community visits.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree with 12 credits in related fields, 1+ year experience with families/ disabilities, ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances, and CPR/First Aid. Hybrid work with orientation and remote thereafter; in-person visits are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, child development, early childhood education or special education, or related social services.
  • At least one year of experience working with families and individuals with disabilities.
  • ACT 33/34 and FBI Clearances, valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance.
  • First Aid and Infant CPR within 4 months of employment and annually thereafter.
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality and be well organized with excellent time management.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and assist in scheduling intakes, assessments and IFSP team meetings.
  • Monitor quality of services to the family.
  • Identify and locate community resources, activities and supports for the family.
  • Complete a minimum of 24 hours of training per fiscal year.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and presentation in the community.
  • Demonstrate teamwork with co-workers and community members.
  • Demonstrate initiative and flexibility in completion of job duties.
