Job summary

The Oklahoma State Department of Health seeks a Registered Nurse II or III to support SoonerStart, Oklahoma’s early intervention program for birth to 3 years old. You will work in the Purcell location, delivering health and developmental services to families in their homes or childcare settings.

Level II/III RN applicants must have a Nursing degree and RN licensure in Oklahoma, with relevant experience in infant/toddler development and family education.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and RN licensure in Oklahoma.
• Experience with infant/toddler development preferred.
• Ability to coach families and work with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide health and developmental services to infants and toddlers in natural environments.
• Assess health and development, conduct screenings, and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to implement IFSP goals.
• Maintain confidential records in compliance with regulations.
