HSMC in Gardner, MA seeks a qualified registered nurse to provide infant-toddler developmental support through home-based and center-based services. You will work with a trans-disciplinary team to coach families and coordinate care across providers in the catchment area.

The role requires MA RN licensure and pediatric experience, with flexibility for full-time, part-time, or fee-for-service positions. A sign-on bonus is offered and benefits include health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent
• Current RN licensure by MA Board of Registration in Nursing
• Two years of pediatric experience preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams
• Ability to use computer-based technology such as a laptop and cell phone
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply

The primary focus of early intervention is to provide education, training, and support to families to help their children learn and grow. We provide services in the home, at our early intervention centers, and in the community.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in nursing from a four-year college or university or an Associate’s degree or diploma in nursing.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
• Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive,
• and Teams.
• Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required
